Meet Teresa

Hi I’m Teresa Gudex, Dietitian and food lover.

I’m an Aotearoa-based Dietitian with a special interest in women’s health, fertility and children’s nutrition. I believe everyone deserves to feel good - whether this is about the choices you make when feeding yourself or how you feed your family. I support people to nourish themselves through all stages of life, from managing reproductive health conditions to starting a family and navigating the often overwhelming stage of feeding their children.

As a working mum to twin toddlers I understand how busy our modern lives are and the juggle that keeping healthy can be. I use my experience to cut through the noise of conflicting advice with simple, evidence-based strategies that put you back in control of your health. I promise that with the right support, good nutrition is easier than you think.
